Full Customization

No presets - all settings available for every exercise.

  • Supports unilateral exercises (pistol squats, one-arm push-ups, etc.). Track sets and reps separately for left and right sides
  • Many apps don’t allow custom unilateral exercises, but this app supports it for all exercises
