Full Customization
No presets - all settings available for every exercise.
- Supports unilateral exercises (pistol squats, one-arm push-ups, etc.). Track sets and reps separately for left and right sides
- Many apps don’t allow custom unilateral exercises, but this app supports it for all exercises

- Laterality (Bilateral / Unilateral)

- Timer settings (rep duration, rest interval)
Two Modes
Choose between manual recording or guided workout with timers.
- Manual Record: Quick input with just a few taps. For those who don’t want to touch their phone between sets
- Guided Workout: Timer and audio manage rest periods. Also supports LED flash notifications

Track your training progress with graphs and challenge features.
